BEWARE OF FAKE JOB POSTINGS

Cigniti Technologies has recently had reports of fraudulent persons using the Company name to lure job aspirants into paying money with the fake promise of a job at Cigniti.

Cigniti Personnel NEVER asks for any payment of money in lieu of a job offer.  Any job offers made in Cigniti name on the condition that the candidate makes a payment to a specified bank account or in cash should be considered a scam. While Cigniti takes such matters seriously and reserves the right to contact the corresponding law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute such illegal actions, we would also like to specifically state that, we will not be liable for any losses incurred or damages suffered by job aspirants in this manner.

How to identify fake job offers?

  • The emails come from a free, public domain email account (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.)
  • The email requests cash deposit in a bank account or payment in any other form
  • You are asked to disclose private or confidential information.
  • The emails may contain grammar and/or spelling errors.

We urge anyone who is confronted with a demand for cash payments in connection with a job at Cigniti to immediately report the matter to the local law enforcement authorities, and to Cigniti by writing to – E: wearehiring@cigniti.com
