Subramanyam is a successful serial entrepreneur who co-founded one of India's largest transportation and logistics organizations. In 1998, he co-founded Cigniti Technologies Limited which started as a IT services company providing IT solutions and built HIPAA compliance products for the US healthcare industry. Subramanyam successfully took the company public in 2004 and listed it on the Bombay Stock Exchange. In 2008 Subramanyam brought in new management to reposition the company as an Independent Software Testing Services company. Under his stewardship, Cigniti grew to become India’s largest independent software testing services company. He focuses on the financial management, corporate governance and regulatory aspects of running a public limited company.
Sudhakar has an Engineering degree from NIT Warangal (India's second best line of colleges after IIT) and started his career in the IT division of a multinational company implementing greenhouse automation systems. After spending nine years in IT consulting organizations in the US, Sudhakar started Cigniti Inc. USA in Dallas in 2004. He grew it from a small one room office to more than 600 consultants across US, Europe and India within seven years. Sudhakar focuses on running the US operations of Cigniti and travels regularly between India and US.
Sriram has spent the last 21 years in IT consulting, marketing, delivery management, project management and training. He has varied experience in handling large development projects, product development teams and quality assurance teams in IT services companies and software product companies. Sriram joined Cigniti in 2008 and repositioned the company as an Independent Software Testing services company. At Cigniti, he has been instrumental in building testing capability and IP based tools to improve quality while speeding up delivery. Prior to Cigniti, Sriram was COO at K7 Computing a software product company in the security space. During his tenure, K7 Computing's Virus Security became the second largest selling antivirus product in Japan. Sriram joined Virtusa, an IT services company, in the year 2000 when it was 5 people and helped it grow to 1600 people in India. At Virtusa, Sriram led one of India's most successful BOT (Build Operate Transfer) engagements for Convergys Information Management Group a 300 person team that develops and maintains Convergys' flagship telecom billing product. He was a Delivery Head and later Head of Shared Services at Virtusa. Before joining Virtusa, Sriram was the Head of Technology at Focus Infotech and Head of Curriculum Design at First Computers. Sriram is passionate about software quality and has been propounding the use of Defect Density to measure software quality through the development lifecycle.
Sanjay is an Engineer from India and started his career in one the world largest telecom billing companies. Sanjay spent over seven years in countries like Cyprus, Ireland, UK and Germany architecting and implementing complex telecom billing solutions. Later Sanjay joined one of the largest telecom companies in the US to lead teams building telecom billing solutions. Sanjay joined Cigniti in 2007 and played a key role in transforming Cigniti Inc. USA from an IT consulting company to a Testing Solutions provider with an offshore center in Hyderabad, India. Sanjay focuses on US operations and works closely with the offshore team. Sanjay works closely with clients and account management team in the US to ensure client needs are understood and quality solutions are delivered.
Srikanth has done his MS in Computer Science from University of Southern California (USC) and a Management Program at the NYU Stern School of Business. While at USC, Srikanth was a teaching assistant to Barry Boehm, one of the legends of software engineering and quality. Srikanth joined Cigniti in 2008 and helped reposition the company as an Independent Testing Services company. He oversees the marketing function including market research, branding, public relations, analyst relations, advertising and lead generation. He works actively with the sales team to qualify leads, make presentations and coordinate with multiple departments to drive business. He also focuses on corporate positioning, competitive analysis and determining new service offerings for market penetration.
A recognized expert in software testing, Madhu has over 22 years of experience in different roles. He has worked in a Software Product Company, Test-only IT Services Company and IT Consulting Company.
Madhu co-founded Primora Software Testing, an organization focused on software testing education. Prior to Primora, Madhu headed Accenture’s Testing Practice in India with more than 3600 test practitioners in multiple locations across the country. Apart from building Accenture's testing competency, he played an active role in pitching to large enterprise clients and helping delivery managers manage their testing engagements.
Madhu also served as the SVP Technical Services at AppLabs where he headed worldwide delivery of the world's largest independent software testing Services Company with more than 1500 resources under him.
Madhu headed Virtusa's Global Testing Practice between 2000 and 2005 and was also the Delivery Head for Virtusa's BFSI delivery unit. Virtusa is a $170 Million mid-sized IT services company with more than 4500 resources worldwide.
Before Virtusa, Madhu was the Head of Product Testing at Baan, an ERP product company based out of Netherlands. Over the past twenty years, Madhu has focused his attention to building strong delivery & testing capability organizations. He continues to play an active role in the testing industry by speaking at many testing conferences and forums on the need for independent testing services & the future of the testing industry.
