Mitigating the risks of Digital Transformation through Quality Assurance
Talk and discussion on how QA and software testing is going through another cycle of disruption based on the following factors:
- Digital in the era of Agile and DevOps has led to emergence of different set of challenges in terms of organization and tools
- Testing centres of excellence are transforming and realigning their skills way from functional testing to specialized testing services and are evolving from knowledge centers to delivery centers
- Proprietary accelerators and IP are playing a greater role in complementing testing COTS. In parallel, the testing software ecosystem of ISVs such as HPE and IBM is now challenged by smaller ISVs, and open source software, raising questions around existing test script assets and what to do with them.
