Pamela’s career began as a SAS programmer in marketing analytics and includes 20 years of experience in financial services and software development industries in the areas of data warehousing, financial systems migrations, credit risk management, IT program management, quality engineering and business process improvement. Her passion is for building high performance organizations and improving business performance by instilling a culture of strategy development, rationalized investment, resource planning and performance measurement.
