Ugadi Celebration 2019
At Cigniti, we celebrated the festival of Ugadi with great fervor on the 5th of April.
Cignitians came dressed in regional ethnic attire. This year, we added a twist to our celebrations by setting up a play area where all of us enjoyed playing games that we played in our childhood, reminiscing the fond memories. A few games that we enjoyed were Snakes and Ladders, Arm Wrestling, Hopscotch, etc.

A Ray of Hope
There’s this little bird chirping with joy, flying to a land of beautiful
flowers and ponds.
She flew miles and miles never tired because she knows one day, she’s going to nail it.
The day saw a bright yellow dawn. Cool breeze was never that rejoicing.
Gigantic mountains and greens were more beautiful than ever imagined.
Little bird danced with extreme euphoria as the place looked like a land of hope and peace.
Aghast,
She opened her eyes while she could smell the rotten vegetables around her.
Seeing miserable people throwing away the waste. Almost buried but never worried.
She smiled optimistically without feeling deprived.
Fluttered her wings, raised her chin up, gazed at the sky and flew.
Said to herself, “DREAMLAND I am on my way”

Cigniti Corporate Social Responsibility
As part of our CSR initiatives, Project Cignificance, we inaugurated Cigniti’s Kidsmart Center at a Govt. Primary School near Hyderabad, India on 30th April 2019. We invited one of our clients from UK to inaugurate the center.
The kids were very excited to try their hand on the computer systems. The center also accommodates drawing, painting, story books and other recreational material for the kids.
Nanda Padmaraju, SVP – RoW, Subhendu Pattnaik, Global Head of Marketing, and Shiva Prasad, AVP-Delivery also graced the occasion.
