Cigniti Successfully Hosted Montgomery County Economic Development Mission & MoU Signing with HYSEA

Cigniti proudly hosted the Montgomery County Economic Development Mission in Hyderabad, facilitating a significant MoU between the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA) and Montgomery County. Corporate Social Responsibility: A helping hand towards a progressive society

Cigniti’s CSR endeavor, “Project Cignificance,” champions quality and inclusive education for underprivileged children. Recently, our CEO, Srikanth Chakkilam, along with Atom Bank’s leadership team, including Andy Sturrock, Chief Technologist & CTO, and Simon Dawson, Head of Engineering, launched ProGame: Coding Without Computers kits at Zila Parishad Girl’s High School, Shamshabad. They were accompanied by Shiva Prasad, SVP – Delivery, and Midhun Pingili, AVP – Marketing.

This joint initiative, in collaboration with GMR Varalakshmi Foundation and Next Skills 360 EdTech Private Limited, aims to equip over 500 girls with coding skills without using computers. Students will receive academic kits and cutting-edge learning resources powered by Next OS, offering comprehensive software, a self-learning student app, and experiential learning solutions. Cigniti’s School Intervention Program collaborates with nine government schools in Hyderabad, striving to expand young minds beyond traditional learning and bridge the coding literacy gap in the region through Project Cignificance.

Cigniti is proud to collaborate with Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospitals as part of a healthcare initiative supporting the establishment of a medical gas plant at the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centre for Child Heart Care in Kondapaka, Siddipet, Telangana. This innovative initiative is a pivotal step towards advancing rural India’s healthcare and medical education standards.

The child heart care facility, encompassing a 100-bed hospital with a comprehensive infrastructure, including an Operating Theater Complex, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Post-operative and Pre-operative Wards, along with Physiotherapy and Treatment Rooms, reflects our shared commitment to fostering a sustainable healthcare ecosystem. All services provided at the hospital are offered free of cost, underscoring our collective dedication to making quality healthcare accessible to all.

Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai acknowledged the Cigniti CSR team on behalf of Prashanthi Balamandira Trust and the Each One Educate One Foundation. The recognition was extended for Cigniti’s CSR initiative “Project Cignificance,” which provides unwavering support in education and healthcare for needy people.

Cignitians joyously wrapped up the year-end celebrations with a fun and laughter-filled Christmas bash. The evening sparkled with delightful moments, featuring harmonious carols, an inspiring skit centered on hope, captivating ventriloquism acts, and breathtaking dance performances.
This celebration resonated as a heartfelt expression of the dynamic culture pulsating within the walls of the Cigniti office. It served as a gratifying reflection of our collective achievements, setting the stage for a future filled with promise and anticipation in the upcoming year.

News from Human Resources

We had a four-day Thanksgiving initiative celebration to thank colleagues, clients, enablers, family, and friends at the office for their support throughout the year. This event was celebrated in person and virtually by exchanging thank you cards and writing appreciation notes. This year’s celebration culminated in Gracifest, a joyful gathering led by Cigniti leadership. The event reiterated the important message, saying a “Thank You”; a little appreciation goes a long way.

Cigniti is thrilled to announce the success of the recently concluded C-Ignite program, meticulously designed for Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) students. Over the past nine weeks, Cigniti’s Talent Development team has diligently delivered personalized training, incorporating hands-on workshops, interactive sessions, and real-world case studies. These efforts aimed to equip students with the essential skills demanded in today’s dynamic workplace. A convocation ceremony was recently held at the MGIT campus to commemorate this remarkable journey. This event provided students a platform to celebrate their achievements amidst cheering peers, supportive mentors, and management, resulting in a resounding success.

The Cigniti family joyously embraced the essence of Diwali this year. The event kicked off with spontaneous and light-hearted speeches recounting childhood Diwali memories. This was followed by a vibrant ramp walk featuring our esteemed leaders and Cignitians adorned in traditional attire, creating an atmosphere brimming with cheers, music, and dance. The judges recognized the standout performances, awarding the titles of Mr. Cigniti and Miss Cigniti to the show-stopping winners, Harsh Ranjan and Bidyutprava Padhiary.

Cigniti embraced the spirit of Navratri with traditional Dandiya Raas and Bathukamma, showcasing festive fervor through vibrant music and enthusiastic participation. The Dandiya Raas dance floor transformed into a sea of colors as employees twirled and danced to the lively beats of Dandiya music, creating a visually stunning and energetic ambiance. The Bathukamma flower decoration competition highlighted the creativity of Cignitians. They crafted beautiful and unique floral arrangements, adding a touch of innovation to the traditional celebration. The atmosphere was electric as Cignitians joined joyfully, weaving a tapestry of tradition. The celebration resonated with the vibrant spirit of Navratri, uniting everyone in the joyous festivities.

Ganesh Chaturthi was joyously celebrated at the Cigniti office, creating lasting memories. The festivities included traditional events like the Laddu Auction and Ganesh Idol-Making workshop, as well as cultural games, injecting a festive atmosphere into the workplace and displaying the collective artistic talents of Cignitians. Eco-friendly materials were skillfully employed by Cignitians to handcraft unique Ganesha idols, reflecting our dedication to environmental consciousness.

These heartwarming celebrations are a testament to the enriching experiences defining the vibrant Life culture at Cigniti.
