27^th August 2017, Hyderabad, India: Mr. Srinath Batni, global IT industry veteran, has joined the board of Cigniti Technologies Ltd. as an Independent Director. Mr. Batni was the Head of Delivery Excellence at Infosys and served on its board as a whole-time Director from May 2000 to July 31, 2014.
