Usability testing refers to evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users. Typically, during a test, participants will try to complete typical tasks while observers watch, listen and takes notes. Also, usability testing basically refers to the application user interface testing mostly because testers test the ease with which the user interfaces can be used. In addition, special focus is given to other human factors of the application pertaining to simplicity and convenience of use.
