Abstract Implementing DevOps to run like a Daemon at an organizational level is tricky. Few factors that need to be determined are how does culture fit-in and how can culture be changed? Or how tools and/or technology changes impact? This article is an attempt to isolate and alleviate those challenges failing which the transformation can be a disaster.
